How To Cook: Pasta Carbonara

So, you’re a busy guy that doesn’t know a thing about preparing a decent pasta dish. Don’t fret — here is one of the easiest, if not the easiest and most filling pasta dishes around: Pasta Carbonara.
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese
1 box of farfalle pasta (bow tie pasta)
1 pack of bacon
Olive oil (enough to cover the bottom of your sauce pan)
Oregano (just a pinch)
Salt & Pepper (just a pinch)
1-2 cloves of garlic
Now what …
Step 1: Fry up bacon. You do know how to fry bacon, right? Once the bacon is fried to your liking, cut or tear the strips into smaller, bite sized pieces.
Step 2: In a small sauce pan, cover the bottom of the pan with olive oil. Mine 1-2 cloves of garlic (2 if you love garlic, 1 if you’re not crazy about it), and then throw in the bacon. The stove should be turned on low.
Step 3: Boil water for the pasta. When the water comes to a boil, dump in the bowties until they are cooked to perfection. Usually, this takes about 7-10 minutes.
Step 4: In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with the 1 and a half cups of parmesan cheese.

Step 5:
Now that the pasta is finished, drain the water and pour in the egg and cheese mix from step 4. Mix until all the pasta is covered then pour in the olive oil and bacon mix — make sure to mix it so the oily, garlic goodness spreads all over the bowties.
Voila! Easy, right? And the best part of this meal, which only takes about 30 minutes, is that you should have enough for leftovers — even if you prepare this meal for 2 people. Enjoy!
