Sceptre Makes It Better: E246W-1080P LED Montitor [REVIEW]

You don’t need to be a nerdy internet blogger to appreciate the finer pixels in life. The Sceptre E246W-1080P LED Monitor is easily the best addition to my desk since I started. There’s nothing better than putting up HD pictures of T&A for the sole purpose of making the girls working across from you uncomfortable. And with the 23.6″ screen, you know they’re seeing everything. The dual built-in surround sound¬†speakers¬†carrying my filthy Skrillex dubstep probably don’t help them concentrate on Ryan Reynolds either.

I connected mine to my Macbook Pro so that I could have a two-screen double-trouble blogging sesh, but lately I haven’t even needed to use my laptop monitor. It’s connected via HDMI (1080P Support), but if you’re poor and only have VGA or DVI, that works too. This badboy won’t leave you more broke than you already are because it’s around $199. Comparable screens are more than that.

If you’re a college kid or young professional and want a dope TV / monitor combo, this is a solid buy. Its really slim so it takes up almost no room on your desk and has great multi-use functionality. In order to switch from TV to Computer, all you have to do is hit one of the touch-sensitive buttons. Speaking of sensitive, I’m out to go bother College Candy some more.
