Check out how this 5’5″ basketball player learned how to dunk
5-foot 5-inch tall Brandon Todd wasn’t going to let his height hinder him from dunking a basketball on a regulation hoop. According to our friends over at Extra Mustard, Brandon studied Russian power lifters and spent a year on plyometric exercises to build muscle and increase his explosive strength. In order to jump high enough to get the ball over the rim, Brandon needs to jump nearly his height. This story reminds me of watching 5’7″ Spud Webb dunking during games…except Brandon’s feat is even better. CLICK HERE to see video of his 44-inch vertical.
